Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase on the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee of 5% of the total order value will be applied for standard cancellations.
A full refund only applies in cases where you are switching orders.
Once you place a new order, our system will automatically cancel the old order and issue a 100% refund for the original order.
After an order has entered processing or production, it cannot be canceled.
